Board of Directors
Splash Club is governed by a Board of Directors made up of parent volunteers who lend their knowledge and professional experience. Their goal is to ensure the health of the club and to better serve our members.

Jen Williams has served in a variety of leadership roles with Phillips 66 in her two decades with Phillips 66. She is currently the Corporate Health, Safety and Environmental Team Leader for Remediation Management. After a previous stint at the Sweeney Refinery in Texas, she later worked in Performance Assurance and Facilities & Services. She has served in a variety of volunteer roles with the United Way, including as an annual campaign committee member and on their Investment Committee.
Jen is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. She and her husband Craig have two daughters (Addison & Sophia), both of whom swim for Splash Club.
Kate Nix is a Bartlesville native with over 13 years’ experience in Communications, with roles specializing in marketing, public relations, graphic design and professional writing. She recently shifted her career to HR Operations at Phillips 66 and serves as the Supervisor of the Talent Acquisition Excellence team.
She holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree, both in Human Relations, from the University of Oklahoma. She enjoys volunteering to support public schools, her church, as well as other community organizations. Kate and her husband, Shane (a Splash Club alum) have three children, including Natalie who swims for the D3 training group.
Leeann Lay has over two decades of experience as a Medical Technologist. She is currently employed as Ascension St. John-Jane Phillips' laboratory manager. She has a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and Biology from Pittsubrg State University in Pittsburg, KS. Lee Anbn and her son have one son (Cody) who swims for Splash Club.
Blair Ellis brings both professional and swimming experience to the Board of Directors. She is currently the Executive Director for the Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation where has served in a variety of capacities. She has over a decade of experience as an attorney, earning her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University in Virginia where she was captain and MVP of the swim team. She currently serves as a Trustee for the Bartlesville Redevelopment Trust Authority and is a Bartlesville Rotary Club board member.
Blair and her husband moved to Bartlesville in 2013 and have four children, with three (Grayson, Everett & Oliver) swimming for Splash Club.
Aneira and Jason Koberskey both hold master's degrees and positions in engineering fields at leading energy companies. Jason is a native Texan, and Aneira is from Indonesia. They met in Singapore, and work transferred them to Bartlesville, OK, which they now call home. They have come to know and love the sport of swimming through their two boys, Euan and Eton, who share a passion for competing and are both swimming for Splash Club.
Jim Moore has been with insurance giant State Farm for over two decades in variety of capacities, including serving as a corporate executive and agent. He has been active on several State Farm boards and task forces. He has served on Bartlesville area church boards and has volunteer coached local baseball and soccer clubs. Jim and his wife Linda have 2 children (Jarrett & Cara) who both swim for Splash Club.
Josh Taylor was elected at our August 2022 Annual Meeting and serves as Splash Club's Officials Chair.
Cristina Durrell is a native of Raleigh, NC and completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Spanish at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She previously worked in education administration, as Assistant Director of Huntington Learning Center (Pasadena, CA) and Fellowship Coordinator at Yale School of Medicine (New Haven, CT). She currently serves as Board President of St. John Catholic School Home & School Association and is a member of the St. John School Advisory Council.
Cristina and her husband Alec moved to Bartlesville in 2014 and have four children. Two (Connor and Amelia) swim for Splash Club, and two (Owen and Lucy) swim in the Splashers program.
Stephanie Lief holds a BA in Human Services and Professional in Human Resources certification and is currently pursuing a Certified Special Events Professional designation. Her professional career has focused on Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and employee engagement, including sales and marketing. She has held a variety of Board positions for Bartlesville area nonprofits and clubs, serving in leadership and event planning roles. She is currently employed at DSR as a Talent Recruiter and Employee Engagement coordinator. Stephanie and her husband Graham live in Bartlesville with their children Travis, a National Team swimmer, and daughter Lyndsey, a gymnast at Bartlesville Gymnastics Club.
