Trip Team
Trip Team is a competitive experience Splash Club swimmers look forward to each year. Formerly called Tour Team in its early history, it was the brainchild of former Head Coach John Spannuth. Since the first trip in 1962, Trip Team has taken swimmers all over the United States, including a visit to the White House (1962) to receive an award for victory at the President's Cup meet. Some recent stops include: St. Louis (2017, 2018, 2019), Albuquerque, NM (2018), and College Station, TX (2019). Swimmers ages 13 & over are generally eligible for this event.
